Good morning! It's Bastille day here in Paris with means everyone is on holiday and I went to @fauchon_paris to celebrate this day with this "entremet abricot amande" with olive oil biscuit, caramelized almonds, apricot compote and almond milk mousse and they all match so perfectly to my new and awesome @heschungofficial orange talulas! I love holidays!

I am so excited for this plated in Paris week! First stop this week is at @dimancheaparis to try their "raspberry and elderflower vacherin" with raspberry elderflower sorbet, raspberry meringue, vanilla ice cream and crunchy raspberry. Once again I meet my favorite fruit in the whole world: the Pear. Only this time at @lagrandeepicerie it comes in the shape of "Bourdaloue Parisienne" cake, with almond crunch base, almond and beer cream, pear and beer confit and pear chantilly. I love sesame! So I went to @gateauxthoumieux and chef @alexislecoffre to try the new "Paris-Brest sésame" with choux base, feuillétine of sesame, sesame praliné and sesame cream, take it and walk a short distance to eat it under the Eiffel Tower. Shoes by @asos

I really like "Gateau de Voyage" or as we know them "pound cakes" made in the right way they are a great Sunday treat, like this chocolate one from @gateauxthoumieux and chef @alexislecoffre made with moist chocolate cake wrapped in chocolate milk cover and pieces of crunchy thin chocolate.
